These are Knee Pad Pockets that are take-offs from when modifying combat pants into shorts.  They are removed with care cutting each thread individually to ensure no damage is caused to the pants when removing the knee pad pocket.  The Knew pad pockets are in stock and ready to ship. Sold as a pair. Backorder is not available on these items.
